Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Procurement Copilot, operated by Northwell Sourcing Technologies SRL, Bucharest, Romania. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Procurement Copilot provides AI-generated vendor risk screening, RFQ drafting, and quote comparison tools. Outputs are generated by AI and are provided as a starting point for your own procurement process — not as professional legal, financial, or compliance advice.
2. No warranty on AI output
Vendor risk reports, RFQ drafts, and quote comparisons are generated using AI and public web data. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. You are responsible for independently verifying any vendor before entering into a commercial relationship, including formal sanctions screening via a dedicated compliance provider where required.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
- Free-tier accounts are limited to the usage caps shown on the pricing page.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to generate content for unlawful purposes, to harass or defame any individual or company, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northwell Sourcing Technologies SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated reports.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU law.
