Northwell Sourcing Technologies SRL ("we," "us") operates Procurement Copilot. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.
1. What we collect
- Account data: email address, and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never store card numbers directly).
- Usage data: vendor names, RFQ content, and quote text you submit to the tools, to generate your reports.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics (only if you accept optional cookies).
2. How we use it
- To run the vendor risk scans, RFQ drafts, and quote comparisons you request.
- To enforce free-tier usage limits and manage your subscription.
- To improve the service — we do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Third-party processors
We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate AI outputs, Whop for payment processing, and Cloudflare/Netlify for hosting. Data you submit is sent to these processors solely to deliver the service — see their respective privacy policies for how they handle data in transit.
4. Data retention
Free-tier scan history is retained for 90 days. Paid-tier data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days, unless you request earlier deletion.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
